📚考试核心时态规则（高考高频）
① by the time + 一般过去时（从句）
👉主句常用过去完成时 had done（过去的过去：主句动作发生在从句动作之前）
By the time I got home, he had gone to bed.
等我到家的时候，他已经上床睡觉了。
例外：如果主句描述那个时间点正在呈现的景象，可以用过去进行时（就像课本这句原句），不使用had done 。
② by the time + 一般现在时（从句表将来）
👉主句常用将来完成时 will have done（到将来某时，将会已经做完）
By the time you come back, I will have finished the work.
等你回来的时候，我就已经把活干完了。
③ by the time + 现在完成时
👉主句多用现在完成时 have done
By the time you have finished your homework, supper is ready.
